The Mercedes-Benz C-class delivers the attributes of the bigger Benzes—excellent build quality, vaultlike construction, luxury features, and high-speed stability—in a compact sedan. A turbocharged four-cylinder and rear-wheel drive are standard; two sixes and all-wheel drive are available. Historically, we’ve found a tight rear seat, drab steering, ambitious pricing, and more luxury than sportiness.
