Land Rover LR4

The LR4 sports a makeover this year. The grille, front fascia, and lamps are new, as is the powertrain: A supercharged 340-hp 3.0-liter V-6 replaces the old V-8. A new eight-speed automatic runs that power through permanent all-wheel drive. The two-speed transfer case is now optional, deemed unnecessary for America’s urban jungles. Like all Land Rovers, the LR4 has a tall and boxy look, a luxurious interior, and a compliant ride. It’s also the only Land Rover with an optional third-row seat.
