Hyundai Santa Fe Sport

The Sport is the smaller, five-passenger vehicle in Hyundai's two-model Santa Fe lineup. There is a choice of four-cylinder engines, both paired to a six-speed automatic. The base 2.4-liter engine is adequate, but the 2.0-liter turbocharged mill is the better choice for low-end torque and effortless cruising. Handling is acceptable, if not sports-car sharp. With front- or all-wheel drive, the Sport is functional and refined. Choose wisely: higher trims and options quickly run up the price
