 Perhaps the most satisfying driver’s car available at any price today, the Cayman is quite possibly our favorite vehicle on our 2014 10Best list. Powertrains include a 275-hp, 2.7-liter flat-six in base Cayman models or a 325-hp, 3.4-liter flat-six in the S. A six-speed manual is standard, but a quick-shifting dual-clutch automatic transmission is available. The base Cayman drives with endless precision and perfect weight distribution, and S models simply add more performance to that equation.
