One of the first wagons in crossover clothing, the XC70 is updated for 2014. The exterior has a new grille, fascias, taillights, and skid plates. Inside, upper-trim levels get an adaptive hi-res instrument cluster with three selectable themes and a new seven-inch infrared touch screen. Power comes from a 3.2-liter six; a 3.0-liter turbo six is optional. A six-speed automatic is the only transmission, and all-wheel drive is optional. The XC70 has a Swedish flair that would make Ikea proud.
