Aimed squarely at drivers who value speed and handling more than anything else, the Evolution feels like the love child of an economy sedan and a Saturn V rocket. Powertrains include a 291-hp, 2.0-liter turbocharged four with a five-speed manual in GSR models and a six-speed twin-clutch automatic in MR models. All-wheel drive, of course, is standard on all. The GSR delivers raw performance—both in acceleration and traction—while the MR offers the same qualities, with a small dose of comfort.
