Mini Cooper Coupe

Mini’s 181-hp Cooper S and 208-hp John Cooper Works coupes are no less charismatic when you replace the rear seats with a low roof and a trunk, but they are heavier, a touch slower, and far less practical than their hatchback counterparts. Braking and handling are excellent, although the ride is brittle and outward visibility is tough. S models come standard with front-wheel drive while JCWs have all-wheel drive. We’re not sure if these coupes are worth the extra cost, but they sure look cool.
