GMC Acadia

GMC’s first-ever crossover vehicle, the Acadia, offers a standard 288-hp 3.6-liter V-6 with 270 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent through a six-speed automatic transmission to the front wheels; all-wheel drive is optional. With seating available for seven or eight, the Acadia can haul people as well as nearly anything else, given its 5200-pound towing capacity. While the Acadia handles acceptably for its size, its design and engine have become outdated; newer, more modern choices are available.
