Ford Expedition

 The Expedition is built to tackle tough jobs, with seating for up to nine passengers, a 9200-lb maximum towing capacity, and 1690-lb payload. Four-wheel drive is optional, and if the regular model isn’t enough, there’s the EL (Extra Large?) with a 131-inch wheelbase—12 inches longer than the regular wheelbase. While its independent rear suspension yields a fairly smooth ride and the cabin offers comfy accommodations, the standard 5.4-liter V-8 provides leisurely acceleration when fully loaded.
