Power comes from a twin-turbocharged 4.4-liter V-8, producing 555 hp, delivered to BMW’s xDrive all-wheel-drive system through a six-speed automatic transmission. Practicality is a relative term here, but the performance-tuned suspension assures that the X6 M goes fast in more than just a straight line. The X6 M cloaks its heft in the corners well, making it a semi-practical, hugely powerful ute.
